I Have to say they did a great job delivering my mattress and box spring from ABC home/NYC (on 8/14/09). It was pretty tricky getting the box spring especially, through a narrow farmhouse hallway and up an old curved staircase. They were good sports about the difficulty - pleasant and solution-oriented. Fortunately for me they had a hammer in the truck and were equipped to take off a door to get a necessary inch or 2 to get things where they were supposed to go without tearing up my newly renovated house. Yesterday UKAY delivered an over-sized couch to my client's apartment in South Beach. Like most buildings in this area, the spaces are tight and cramped which makes such deliveries near impossible. When I saw the couch and realized it would not fit in the elevator, I began to worry. We decided it had to be taken up three flights of stairs, tight stairs. Pedro and Edward rolled up their sleeves, covered the couch completely so no damage would occur and picked it up from the ground with great determination and up they went. What I witnessed after that was nothing short of a miracle. They gave it all they had and maneuvered the couch with all their strength. It had to be flipped over several times to make the corners and clear the ceiling. It must have weighed at least 400 lbs but they managed to get it up to the apartment. In my years working as a decorator, I have never seen such physical capacity, mental determination and ability to work together as a team. It brought tears to my eyes to see men work so hard. I have to command Pedro and Edward for being a great addition to your work force and wish them well in the recovery of a lost pinky nail and the several bruises they incurred during this very challenging delivery. I wanted to let you know that you have three incredible employees working for you. Murat and Edris. I know these two guys from coming to our showroom to do pick-ups. They're ALWAYS incredibly polite, careful with the furniture they're moving and ready to go the distance when asked. They're gentlemen and a pleasure to work with. The third person is Michele. What a gem! She knows what she'd doing, does it well and has one heck of a wicked sense of humor. I actually look forward to calling her even if it's for a problem. You and I both know people are quick to pick up the phone to complain but rarely let us know when we do something well. These three ALWAYS do something well. They're a credit to your company.

Delivery of my chair could have been a problem if not for the patience and helpfullness of Mehmet,The doorman in my building was not allowing the box to be placed in the entryway to the building, until such time as I could get the box to the 11th floor. Mehmet took it upon himself to "save the day" and my sanity by carriyng the box down outside stairs to the basement elevator and then bringing the box to my apartment. This is way beyond the call of duty and Mehmet showed patience understanding and a level of professionalism that makes him a credit to the company. Mehmet, thank you

Two very kind men, one named Ilhan, delivered my Chas. Rogers bed with great expertise and professionalism on Monday the 2nd. I\'m writing to say how much I appreciated them waiti! ng for me when I was late on Monday afternoon getting home. I know it costs them money to wait for a customer and that they were headed for Asheville and straight up the mountains into a storm. I know my tardiness also made them have to call the next customer and reschedule. They didn\'t show a bit of resentment or impatience and only were concerned that I was satisfied with their delivery.
